ladies only Group fitness Training

Group Training is a fantastic way to stay fit and have fun with your friends in the process. There is a special bond we form training, sweating and laughing together, pushing each other to our limits and beyond, enjoying others success and having a ball while we are doing it. 

10 pack $250 or $30 casual

OUTDOOR SESSIONS RUN IN 10 WEEK BLOCKS

Mondays 10am & Friday 9:15am

One on One Personal Training

Whether it be weight loss, rehabilitation or general fitness I will help elevate you to your personal best. Accompanied with an eating plan, personalised workout video and goal setting to keep you motivated and on track.

Available face to face, home visits & via zoom

BUDDY Personal Training

Want to sweat it out with a mate? Buddy training can be a great way to see your mate every week and get fit together. Celebrate each other’s success and have a laugh while you’re training. Grab your besties & you’ll be motivated for all the right reasons.

introducing SGT SOPHIE

Don’t let the name fool you! It will be fun, just in that good burn kinda way.

A qualified Cert 3&4 Master Trainer (AIF) with 10 years experience in fitness, strength coaching dance and performing arts industry, Sophie knows what she is talking about and boy does she know how to motivate! 

With a diverse set of skills and a love of movement, Sophie creates a wide range of fitness solutions to meet any training needs. Her workouts focus on strength, balance, mobility & core.

Her dance classes are always fun challenging and inclusive, learning all aspects of Jazz and Tap.

Sophie understands the impact that dance fitness can make on your daily life, the happiness & wellbeing you get from building a strong mind/body relationship.

Sophie will teach you to connect with the self through movement, consistency and determination.

about having fun, building confidence, and moving your body.

Open Jazz - All levels

Intermediate Tap - 2+ years experience needed

Strength and Balance for over 50’s - All welcome

1hr Dance Class - $25

Combo Jazz & Tap - $40

10 x Pack Dance (valid 6 months) - $250

My mission is to educate & encourage women to develop a positive relationship with mind and body through exercise, nutrition, mindset & consistency.

We are a community of like-minded women who are happy ,healthy, fit,

confident and strong.

Women who see results from their training, who move with good technique, and most importantly, who train because we love to not because we should.

From those who are well and truly invested in their health and fitness already, to women who are restarting or perhaps beginning their fitness journey. I will ensure each and every workout challenges you, no matter what your level or ability.
